Looking for cousin

I am looking for information on my cousin and do not have much information.Her name is Angel Smith.She would be about 32-35 years of age.Her mothers name is Yong Ye Smith. Yong's maiden name being AHN.I do not know the first name of my cousins father. His last name makes it very difficult.It is Smith.He was in the Army and stationed in South Korea in the late 1960's early 1970's.His family is from Georgia.This is all I have to go on at this time.
