Family Census Register

I have an old " Family Census Register ", from 1975 that shows my mom's family going back a couple of Generations.
( shows family-head and all relatives living)

Does anyone know how I can obtain another, updated copy.
My adapted father got this for me years ago, and he has since passed away.
