Search for birthmother & youngest sister

At the age of 10,I was adopted out of an ophanage in the City of Tong du Chon in Feb. 1967 along with one of my younger sisters. I am hoping to find my birthmother and youngest sister. I now live in Hampton Bays,
New York.I do not remember my mother's or my sisters name.
