Looking for Kim Tae Ho

Looking for my husband's father, Kim Tae Ho. Over 30yrs ago, he was in Yap Island, a small island in the Pacific Ocean (Micronesia) probably working as construction. From what we know, he left before my husband was born (with the intention to go back to the island).Other then this name, we have no other info other then he was in the Island of Yap over 30years ago.
