if you google.com then enter www.naa.gov.au you will come up with a site called Australian National Archives. Log in as a guest or register(its free) then enter your search name.

There are 6 entries for the name RINKEVICIUS and 10 entries for RYNKIEWICZ.

To order copies, follow the prompts. I found this a safe site and have purchased many copies of documents using a credit card. There is also a request to have information digitalized which means you can view documents on line without any cost. Only set back is there are 1000's request each day for this service so lots of patients required.

Also google.com then enter www.whitpages.com.au this is the Australian White Pages. HIT- RESIDENTAIL then add your names then search. It gives listing for names, addresses and phone numbers plus a map where person is listed.
