Question about name????

Hello,
I was doing some family research and I just found out this year, that my grandmother's mother side of the family were Lebanese. My great aunty gave me a couple of names, and most of them were French names but there is one that is not French...I don't know if I am not spelling this name right but I think it is spelled Issil? Please can anyonehelp me on this name? I am not sure it is spelled rignt?
I think the way you say it is "Ezzil" and I think the spelling is Issil? Thanks
