Looking for Valle Riestra family in Lima

I am beginning to search for my step-grandfather's family in Lima. He was Carlos Valle Riestra, and His father was Jose. He had a sister Rosa who was a Catholic Mother, that died around 10 years ago. Carlos married my grandmother in 1956 in Beverly Hills, CA. He died 1964 at the age of 70 or so. Can anyone point me in the right direction, to a site that is in English?
