Just in case you don't know, Frank is the americanized form for Franciszek. And maybe Wojno was a shortened form for his original surname.
With that in mind, I have found in www.stevemorse.org > Gold Form a Franciszek Wojnowski, who arrived in Ellis on March 6, 1910. Ship was Presidente Lincoln, departured from Hamburg on Feb 18. Franciszek was 30 y.o. by then, therefore born about 1880. He was married to a Franciszka, who stayed in Poland, in Bialkowo, which was Franciszek's birthplace. His destination was Jersey City, where he was going to meet his brother-in-law Jan W???koski, at Grand Street 267.
The site still displays two other passengers: Franko Wojnowska and Franz Wojnowski, but their birthdates don't match.
