Hello, Lorilyn!
Sergey Sergeevitch (that means Sergey son of Sergey) Kostritskiy was really dentist of Tsar family, it was Nikolay the Second (Romanov). He lived and had his practise in Yalta (it's Krimea now) and every call from Tsar meant Sergey's trip to Saint Petersburg where he treated Alexandra, Tsar's wife and his kids in 1915-1917.
It's a link for article about his visits to Tsar (on Russian) http://dentalworld.ru/articles/45042/http://dentalworld.ru/articles/45042/
