Can anyone help me find William Milligan.

William Milligan (parents Alexander Milligan and Margaret Clark) was born 1866 in Ayrshire Scotland.

Listed himself as "sailor" on the birth reg of Nellie May
and a "retired seaman" on his marriage reg.
