James Williamson abt 1764 & Margaret Dickson b abt 1768 of Dunbarton Scotland - James had a candle factory and was chandler to Royal Navy - business went to oldest son Joseph Williamson b 1794, Next 2 sons John b 1799 & William b 1802 enlisted in British Army and came to Canada in 1830s -- I am related to John Williamson who was stationed at Niagaria (Upper Canada) and married Patience Courtney (school teacher) about 1845 any info on James Williamson or his wife Margaret Dickson would be appreciated
