Records you are looking for would be in the Kula (as Torchau is now a village near Kula)and Vrbas local historical archives.The best first step would be to contact the Sombor (for Kula) Archives and the Novi Sad Archives (for Vrbas).Feel free to e-mail me if you would like their addresses and a few other tips on how to research more on your family or go to www.serbia-today.com for more on this subject!
