Can't help very much but I can tell you that W.A. Keyt was Clerk of the Works, Public Works Dept, Johor Bahru [1935 &
1940 Buku Merah]. He was deceased by 1948 when his daughter Alexandra married an Anton Witmer from Apeldoorn, Holland.
Nothing regarding Richard Anthony and his two friends.
