ljubljana research for Slak

On Slovenian Genealogy Society site one person told me to e-mail Ljubljana Diocese Archive and "apply for Slak research there" I'm still looking for records for Martin Slak.Hope someone can help me do this as i don't know the right process.He did give me the addressNancy Slack Ayola
