There had never been any mention, within family circles, of August ever living in Norway or Denmark, though he very well may have.He kept in touch with my Grandfather and my father, at least until the late 1940s.the strangest request came from him, to my father, which was one of the later correspondences.August said that he wanted to bring my eldest Brother, Robert Severin Erickson (born 1945) to Brazil, and adopt him.I do not know why he wanted to, or why he would even make such a request.Sounds sort of crazy.
