Augusta Rosalie Nilson

Augusta was born 1861 in Smoland, Sweden, the daughter of Nils Petter Nilson and Stina Kajsa Kristoffer Nilsdotter. She emigrated to America with her parents and two sisters, Ida and Matilda 25 Jul 1869. The family settled in Kellogg, IA and then MN. According to a family Bible she married a Mr. Johnson and emigrated to Canada where they had at least 9 children.
