Måns was a crofter at Stallsberg and Sten under Sörby, Varv (E). On April 6 was married the farmhand from Boberg and Fornås Magnus Månsson who is engaged to use the croft at Stallberg, Sörby estate, to maid Stina Månsdotter at Hvarf's estate. The deceased 'rusthållare' Anders Andersson's daughter from Norrgården. The couple had, as far as I can see, only the daughter Catharina born 1774.
Måns is said to be born in 1746 in Kristberg and moved in in 1769 according to the house examination record. He died in 1795 at Sten, Sörby, Varv (E)
His supposed brother Hans was a crofter at Änden, also a croft under Sörby, Varv (E). He married in 1778 Maja Stina Månsdotter who was born 1752 in Herrberga. They both served as maid and farmhand at Sörby before their marriage.
They have the children Magnus 1779, Anna 1782 and Carl 1785. The crofter (brother?) and his wife are among the baptisation witnesses.
Hans dies 1827 at Nybygget, Stenkilsvarv, and in the death register is stated that his parents were Måns Månsson and Annika Hansdotter at Karlshult estate, Kristberg (E). He would then have been born 1748-11-26. At 12-15 years of age he is supposed to have moved to his maternal uncle Peter Andersson in Varv parish.
