Jacob Wehrle(Wehrli) (Woehrle)

I am trying to locate the birth record of my Great Grand Father Jacob Wehrle who was born in Switzerland in 1830 .If anyone knows who his parents were it would be of great help to me. I was told that he came to the United States in early 1800's. He appears on the 1880 Missouri Census married to a Martha Frey and had 3 sons, Gottlieb, Jacob and my Grandfather. Charles.
