I know this is a very old post, but I'm researching this line and wanted to know if you have found any additional information on Absalom Jackson?I have a copy of his will and he lists 3 daughters, but I believe he had more children.Think he may be the father of Mathilda Jackson who married Jethro Hamlin, and Palmira Jackson who married Robert P. Miles.I don't have proof of this connection, just a theory.
