Elender Jenkins Lacy burial at Mt Zion Cemetery

Elender Jenkins Lacy is buried at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Dekalb (or maybe Jackson) county, I think about 1919 or so.I have heard that her mother or another close relative was buried next to her in an unmarked grave.Does any know if there is a plat record of who is buried in those unmarked graves or who I should contact regarding this?
