It is therefore ordered by the court that Ira Hobdy take the contract as set forth in the former order and that said Hobdy bond for his faithful performance be approved and filed with the papers of the Commissioners Court of said County.It is further ordered by the Court that Catherine Campbell a pauper in Missouri beat, and Mary Bottoms a pauper in Oats beat, and John Driggers a pauper in Bug hall beat be received by the said Hobdy when they are presented to him for the support & maintenance of said County.They being the only paupers reported by the overseers of the poor of said County in pursuance of the previous order of this court at the May term 1849, and that a notice issue to the overseer of the poor in Oatses' Beat, Bughall beat & Missouri beat to cause said paupers in their respective beat to come forward and enroll their names as paupers......."

June 5, 1845 Elizabeth Rodgers stated that Frank, Eli & Martha each had $607.61.
Elizabeth Rodgers Smith & her husband Samuel Smith or Smyth in their acct with their wards Martha E. Rodgers and Frank [Francis] Rodgers on Ded 12, 1846 state that Martha had $560.26 and Frank $660.77
Jan 17, 1848:Francis J. & Eli Rodgers recived their full shares of the estate from Elizabeth Smyth, administrator.
