Re: Epidemics in Tallapoosa Co. 1800s

The Mobile Register newspaper (11-29-1862) reported that on November 25, 1862:

"In the Senate House bills to provide means to arrest the spread of small pox in Tallapoosa county, and to prevent the introduction and spread of small pox in the State of Alabama, with Amendments, were passed."
