Sherry: The will books plus MANY other court records for Tallapoosa County have been microfilmed and may be rented at your local Family History Library. I have ordered records from Tallapoosa County and I believe that they too have the microfilms - I'm surprised that the originals aren't in the state archives or else they are and you were given incorrect info.Rick
