Hi Bessie, Thanks for the info about Pickens,Co. I did find info on Pickens,Co in Arkansas.Some old court Records on indian land. I think the person on the court records could be my ggggrandfather. He married his first wife in Pickens,Co Ar. I'm looking for his second marrage. I think he might of married again in Pickens Co. because the court papers said his first wife died and that he was married. On my Stubblefield's side my ggrandfather was Dr. Roderick R. Stubblefield and his father was Dr. George Stubblefield. Both had lot of children. I don't know if I'm related to the Stubblefield in Burkburnett. One of my family members once said if you find a Stubblefield in Texas then they are probably in some way related.What is your Stubblefield's name?Lynn
