Info on Leroy Addison Scott of Mena Arkansas born 1896

I'm looking for the parents of Leroy Addison Scott. He was born June or July 9 1896 in Mena Arkansas. Not sure when he left but he married Rosie Lee Fennel in Vernon Texas Oct 1922. I have hit a dead end asking my family. No one seems to know anything about Leroy. Is there any Scott's from or near Mena Arkansas?
