I did a google search on this.The best answer I could find is found in the following article:

In short...it's about a famous wrestling personality Haystacks Calhoun who claimed to have come from Morgan's Corner, Arkansas.
However, this was done to enhance his hillbilly personna by creating this staged birthplace.
