LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON MY SISTER

I had a sister who was born Nov 9, 1944, her name was Anna Fay Pounds.Anna Fay died Dec 23 1944.I have a picture ofher tombstone in RichwoodCemetery but I have never been able to come up with any birth or death records for her.

I also had a brother JamesElvin Hays born Aug 14 1929 and died the same day.

Would there be any records of these births and deaths for those years.Is there anyone on this board who could tell me where I could look.

My parents names are John Calvin Pounds/Lela Polly (Hays)Pounds
grand parentsAndrew Hays/Rosetta (Claypool)Hays who lived in the Corning area most of their lives.My mom's brother was James Elvin (Jack)Hays Jack lived in the area all of his life.
If there is anyone who would be able to help me, I would be most apreciative.
