Thank you for the posts I received regarding my original post. I have found the connection! Camila was not one of the stolen children from the Camp Grant Massacre. I would still love to know what happened to these sad children. My Camila was a daughter of Porta Ocoboa - sister of Victoriana Ocoboa Romero. I am assuming that Porta left Camila with Francisco and Victoriana to raise as she is listed as a daughter on on the 1880 Census. Again, thank you for your posts as it led me to finding my Great Grandmother.
