Looks like the same person in CA.I later found obit for Fannie Louise NELSON....sis, Maxine TESNEAR! of CA, plus all the other siblings.

If Maxine had any ch with Chas PECK their births did not occur in CA.The earliest I pick them up is the 1966 Voter's List.
I did find some info on Charles B PECK, but didn't find obit; d 11-25-1988 Bellflower, Los Angeles Co; SS card iss KY; b 2-9-1930 Fleming Co KY; father James, mother Mamie PRICE.

I checked CA OBITS LOOKUPS....for Orange Co it directs you to the public library, so you might email the Anaheim branch.
