Jessie Mildred Stout, 77, of Modesto, died Friday.

Services: Private services and burial. McHenry Chapel of Franklin and Downs in charge of arrangements.

Background: Native of Arkwright, NY. Lived in Modesto 10 years. Bookkeeper 20 years for Pepsi Corp.

Survivors: two children, Toni Deane of Modesto and Gail Wilson of South Lake Tahoe. Four sisters. Five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
