John L Wells obit lookup please ???

Can anyone tell me how to find an obituary in Jacksonville , Duval County area other than the Times-Union listings or requesting a state issued certificate. The death occurred on October 13 , 1995. Mr. Wells , I believe , is one of the twin brothers that I have been trying to find. Thomas is the other brother's name and there is an older sister named Vicky or Victoria. Their father was Johnny L Wells , my uncle that I have been trying to find the location of his burial site in Jacksonville. He passed on August 1st.,1967. I would like to thank the good people of Florida as well as Duval County for all help submitted.
