I was only trying to be helpful.The likely reason that no one else responded was that they were unsure what it was that you needed to find out.
When a volunteer gets some message like this, if they go and find information that you already have because you have not been specific, then both sides have wasted time and effort and nothing new is discovered.
The message is - how best does someone communicate what they need to find out?
My answer is straight up: ask exactly what you need to find and give only information that will help others find it.
Then say thank you for their time.
If you found out what you wanted, then post it so others will not continue searching for you.
