Hi!

Thank you for your information!
This is "my" Hanny Youngquist, and Robert Hogberg is her brother.

Hanny Youngquist (born Larson) was born 22/1- 1868, in Högåsen, Gryttom, Brunskog parish, Sweden.
Her parents Lars Magnus Andersson and Maria Olsson, got ten children, and six of these emigrated from Sweden to USA.

Hanny moved from Högåsen, Gryttom to Christiania (Oslo) in Norway, she gave birth to two children, in Christania:

Ester Maria Pettersen, born 29/1-1895 and Hjördis Selvina, born 12/8-1899. Hanny was not married to their father, Aksel William Pettersen, in Christiania, Norway.

Hanny moved back to her parents, in Högåsen, Gryttom, Brunskog parish, Sweden, without her children. She moved back to Christiania, Norway 11/9 -1903.

Her sister Selvina Larson, born 30/6-1874, in Högåsen, Gryttom, Brunskog parish, emigrated from Sweden, to Chicago, Illinois, USA, 29/5-1903.

Hanny Larson traveled, singel 6/4-1906, from Christiania, Norway, to her sister, Selvina Larson, in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Hanny`s children, Ester Maria Pettersen and Hjördis Maria Pettersen, moved from Christiania, Norway, 14/2-1908, to Hanny`s parents, in Högåsen, Gryttom, Brunskog parish, Sweden.

I do not know when Hanny came back from Chicago, Illinois, to, Christiania, Norway, or Sweden, but she lived in Högåsen, Gryttom, Brunskog parish, with her parents and children, in 1912. And she emigrated from Sweden, to Chicago, Illinois, 27/12-1912, she was going to visit her brother Gustav Arvid, Larson, born 30/4-1886, in Högåsen,, Gryttom, Brunskog parish. He emigrated from Sweden, to Chicago, Illinois, 21/9-1904.

Hanny`s daughter, Ester Maria Pettersen,(deaf), born 29/1-1895, emigrated from Sweden, to Chicago, Illinois, USA, 7/5-1915. She should visit her mother, Hanny Youngquist, in 5222-5th Avenue, Chicago. So Hanny married Carl Youngquist before 1915.

Ester Maria Pettersen returned to Sweden again, I do not know when, but 8/11-1920, traveled Ester Maria, from Sweden, and she was going to visited her mother Hanny Youngquist, in 1734 W. 63 rd, steet, Chicago, Illinois.

According 1917- City Directory, had Carl Youngquist a Bakery in 1736 W. rd. street, Chicago. Carl was a Baker.

Hanny`s daughter, Ester Maria Pettersen, married Earl Jasper, 16/5 - 1922, in Chicago, Illinois.

Answers to your question:
I don`t know how long Hanny was married to Carl Youngquist, but they married before 1915, and in 1930 Census, was Hanny divorced.

I do not know about Carl Youngquist was Anna Youngquist`s father, maybe she was a stephdaughter, or a foster daughter,
and I have not found Anna`s birth in either, USA, Norway or Sweden in Ancestry. com.

And I have not found Anna`s marriage, with a person named Youngquist.

The importance of the Dante St. addres, is that Anna Youngquist lived there, according the info. in Ellis Island, and I have no more info.

Perhaps Anna Youngquist is false name? I think this is strange story!
