Fulton Cemeteries

Does anyone on this site have access to a listing of burials in Fulton Co. cemeteries, preferably in the Banner Twp area. I am looking for the graves of Wesley and Maria (McKinley) Philips, d. aft. 1880 and bef. 1900. A while back I was informed that they were buried in one of the Banner Cemeteries. I know that Maria McKinley Philips had brothers whose families are buried in Kellsa.
Also looking for Maria's mother, Grizzle McKinley, who d. Oct. 1852.
Or if someone can tell me who I can write to, that would be appreciated.
