Joshua and Tabitha Moores

Joshua was born circa 1775 in Rowan county, North Carolina and died May 18, 1853 in Joshua township, Fulton county, Illinois. His wife Tabitha Axley was born circa 1777 in Virginia and died circa 1850 in Joshua township, Fulton county, Illinois. Does anyone know where they are buried?
