Cathy, thank you for that information on Wesley Phillips. I did not have his b. and d. dates. I managed to find Eva and George Tarr's b. and d. records through FamilySearch. I will write back through the emial address you mentioned. I want to go over my McKinly file. I don't know if I mentioned my relationship to Wesley and Maria (McKinley) Phillips but Maria is the younger sister to my gr-gr-grandfather, William Harrison McKinley. William lived in Fulton Co., for about 12 years then he moved out to KS around 1857. Will write back soon.
