I would be interested in your offer of free look ups! I am trying to get info on Stephen A. Boswell, I have documentation he was born in Canton, Fulton Co. according to his childrens marriage applications. 1870 Fulton Census shows him 11 years old at that time so puts him born abt 1859. I'm wondering if there is a birth certificate or any documentation that would provide the names of his parents, and hopefully where they were born? Thank you for your help. Barbara
