Miller, Joseph, resided 1865

Looking for my g-g-uncle, Joseph Miller, born in 1824-5.I have legal quality proof that he and his wife resided in Logan County in 1865.I know nothing after that.A hasty search of tombstone indices failed to produce him, but that does not prove that he is not buried there.Does anyone know anything ??
