Sharon, I found the obit for Charles. He died in 1975 not 1995. He is buried in Glendale Cemetery. His tombstone has Anna on there also, but no death date. I couldn't find an obit for her. She was living with Helen Ghidina in 1990, so I assume she would have died locally. His obit was in the Oct 11, 1975 Pekin Daily Times, P 2:
CHARLES PUGH DIES; RITES SET MONDAY Charles Pugh, 81, of 1402 N. 11th Street, Pekin, died at 3:15 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 1975, in Pekin Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Abts Mortuary. Rev. Gerald Verdun will officiate and burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 3 until 5 and from 7 until 9 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary. A son of Frank and Laura Lehr Pugh; he was born Dec. 2, 1893 at Beacon, Iowa.He married Anna Jasper, Dec. 5, 1917, at Albia, Iowa. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Earl of Walcott, Iowa, and Jack of Ottawa; a daughter, Mrs. Jean Ghidina of Pekin; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Nema Conrow of Choctaw, Okla., and Mrs. Josephine Fee of Melcher, Iowa. A sister and two brothers preceded him in death. Mr. Pugh had been employed by Keystone Steel and Wire Co., retiring in 1959. Previously, he had been a coal miner. He was a member of United Mine Workers of America.
