Geppinger family

I have a Charlwood Louis Geppinger who married Flora Pike in, I believe, Logansport.They had a daughter Ruth Adelaide(b. 1910- Montgomery Co. OH) who married Harry L. Rubenkoenig Oct 1938.I found info that states Charlwood's father was John Geppinger from Cass Co. Indiana and his mother was Louise Wall or Lou Walls (married 1875 Cass CO).Does anyone have any information on this family?Who was John's father? or even his grandfather?I would really like to connect them to my Geppinger line and feel strongly that he was a brother or cousin or uncle or otherwise somehow related.Any information would be greatly appreciated.
