Curious aboutMcHenry Family

I'm looking for the circumstances of three McHenry's.They were Samuel, Henry and Cerilda.They were "taken in" or adopted by John Lewis Stienbarger and his wife, Anna, showing up in the 1850 census for Noble County.I know Cerilda had taken the Stienbarger name by the time of her marriage to Albert Charter in 1864.I've always been curious how they "ended" up in the family.I have a photo of Samuel and Cerilda if anyone is connected to them, I would gladly send you copies.
