I have found some answers for you:
Lowell A. Davis never married per his death certificate.His date of birth (birth certif) January 13, 1910. His date of death is November 1, 1980, per his obit.
His parents were Ray E Davis and Bessie B Weingart.
Bessie was born September 22, 1881 (marriage certif), but obit says 1882, which is incorrect.She died April 22, 1966.
Lowell lived with his parents (city directory)at 102 S. Grant in Kendallville.
