Mary Elizabeth O'Conner 1878 Layfayette

I am looking for any O'Conner's in the Lafayette area. The only thing that I do know is that my great grandmother Mary Elizabeth O'Conner was said to be born here in 1877/78. She eventually relocated to Detroit and was married in 1909.So any information would be appreciated.
