A search of the WWI Draft Registrations for Hopkins County should list Gracie's husband.Although there are numerous Utley's in that county at the time she will be probably be noted in the "nearest relative" section of the form so you will be able to positively identify the person. The WWI form should list birthplace as well as birthdate plus a physical description. This microfilm should be available through your local Family History Center (www.familysearch.org).If you haven't used this resource I highly recommend them. You can learn more about them at their website.
