In 1920 there's a B.J. Ashcraft in Fleming Co, KY. According to his World War I draft registration his name was Ben Jack Ashcraft. In 1910 he and wife Lillie are in Robertson Co, KY. Looking at earlier Robertson Co census records I found this family:

This is possibly your Willie and Sallie Ashcraft. Sallie or Sally is a common nickname for Sarah. The only problem with this theory is there's no sign of Lou Nettie Ashcraft in 1900. Sarah A. Ashcraft is a widow in the 1900 Robertson Co, KY census, living with son James A. and daughter Mary A. Ashcraft. It says she had 7 children and 5 were still living. There's also no sign of Benjamin J. Ashcraft. Did the census taker make a mistake and leave out younger children from the listing? I've looked and can't find Benjamin Ashcraft listed with another family, the same for Lou Nettie.
