The above is a link to an index for pages on Bay-Journal.com that have may have a value to some genealogist doing research on their Bay County ancestors:

1. Essexville City Directory for 1875-76 (includes map).
2. Index of names for Leslie Arndt's book, Bay County Story - from Footpaths to Freeways (Volunteer will do look ups if the book is not available to you.)
3. Index of names and places for Benjamin Partridge's paper on Bay County Pioneer History written in 1880.
4. Directory and photos of Bay City Central High School Class of 1928
5. People in Bay County history index.
6. Bay County's Trombley family ancestry

Some other indexes for Bay City downtown businesses on certain streets is available in the Heritage Library section.

My primary goal is to get a large amount of Bay-County's history online. I will add to this index as new resources become available. I am looking for volunteers interested the history Bay County who are willing to share information for inclusion on Bay-Journal.

Hope this is of help to someone.
