Dingman

I am looking for info on Walter Dingman born abt 1875 in Ontario Canada. I have him listed in the 1900 Census as living in Clare Co with his parents Heziaka Dingman and Samanthe Dingman. I know he married Martha ? where and when I am trying to find out. They moved to Osceola Co living in Marion and working for the railroad.
