Veseys in Whiteford MI

Would love any leads, links or info on Veseys in Whiteford.Have found them in 1860 census, and know they came from Perry, Ohio sometime in the 1800's, but have a bit of a gap to fill.I show Benjamin & Abigail Vesey moving from Vermont to Perry Ohio in 1815, and then descendent Edwin, a farmer appearing in Monroe Co., MI in 1860 census with wife Angeline and 5 children.Trying to connect the two.Thanks for any help.
