Bloomfield Cemetery/Moved to Greenwood Cemetery

Does anyone know where records for the original burials for the 1850's-1860's for Bloomfield Cemetery might be?I was told that all bodies were moved to Greenwood at some point but haven't been able to substantiate when or even if there is a record of those who were moved. I am looking for records on my 3rd great grandparent, Nathaniel Tolman and Mary Lewis Tolman from Farmington MI.
