Needing help

I am researching a Mary Brawn. It was told that she was German and orphan. Birthdate October 1875.
Taken from a census she was born in Minnesota. She and her husband Charles S. Howard lived around the Chatfield, MN area.
Her parents were either both born in Germany or one was born in Wisconsin and the other Germany also taken from a census.
Any help would be appreciated!
